“We purchased the above unit through your offices with assistance from Christine Du Plessis and her assistant Lizelle Theunissen during July 2026. Not deferring from the obvious proses of onset of enquiry and subsequent viewing of the above property, we would like to mention the quality of service received from Christine and Lizelle. Following numerous to-ing and fro-ing with enquiries (calls, WhatsApp messages and emails) through the Remax listing agent, Christine's dedication, resilience and perseverance remained truly committed to us as prospective buyers. Following the first failed OTP on the said property, she did not deter in her attempts to find another suitable property. Christine and her assistant Lizelle worked relentlessly to obtain additional listings and viewings to assist us in finding our new home, and following several other viewings, our heart remained with the first property. Her relentless perseverance in not accepting the listing agents indifference to the fact that another Agency's "so called erroneous OTP" was in fact a done deal, is commendable to the fact that she was able to secure the property (our first choice) not only for us, but Remax as well. A second OTP followed on the said property and was subsequently accepted. However, the service excellence continued. Notwithstanding the above, to mention but a few, during office and after hours, all compliance certificates were arranged, screening of Contractors and subseqent supervision of them, removal of rubble from the property and donations of furniture from the property was all supervised by her ensuring an uneventful and smooth delivery, transition and relocation. We were not familiar with the area and regular follow up calls and visits even after occupation remains the norm. A truly remarkable team, dedicated and, at all times professional.
